Check Valve
There needs to be an inline check valve on the line out of the membrane housing. This will prevent the presure in the tank from being applied to the membrane in the reverse flow direction.
De-Burr All Edges清理边缘所有毛刺
De-Burr All Edges - The edges must be De-Burred so they are not sharp. The new filter housing sample is De-Burred inside in the top and that is nice. But the other edges adjacent to the O-ring are not De-Burred and are sharp enough to cut fingers.清理所有边缘的毛刺，新送到的罐体样品的盖子内部上的固定RO膜的圆柱很好，没有毛刺。但是盖子靠近密封圈的图示边缘有很多毛刺， 很锋利， 会割伤手指。
Labels On Front正面的LOGO
Front Panel Etching - The left gauge should say "Inlet Pressure" and the right gauge should say "Membrane Pressure". Above the left filter housing should say "Sediment Pre Filter". Above the center filter housing is should say "Carbon Pre Filter". Above the right filter housing it shoud say "Post Filter. 标识内容如下， 左水表Inlet pressure, 右水表Membrane pressure, 左边一级滤筒上方Sediment Pre Filter,中间一级滤筒上方Carbon Pre filter, 右边一级滤筒上方Post Filter.
RO Pressure Gauge膜压力表
RO Pressure Gauge - The "Membrane Pressure Gauge" should be on the line coming into the membrane. It is currently after the membrane. This gauge is designed to read pressure drop in the first two pre filters, so it must be on the inlet water line of the membrane housing. RO膜压力表， 应该装在RO膜的前边，现在是装在RO膜的后边。这个表是用来测试压力经由前两级之后的损失，位置应在RO膜之前。
Port Threads
Port Threads - 1/4" FNPT Threads (National Pipe Thread) need to be smooth for the plastic fittings. The sample was very difficult to use and damaged the threads on the fittings we installed.端口的螺纹， 2分美制标准螺纹应该平整光滑便于接头安装。样品上的螺纹不好用，还损坏了接头上的螺纹。
Interior Rusted Welds内部生锈的焊缝
Interior Rusted Welds. Is this TIG or MIG welded and what filler rod is used? All of the interior, unpolished welds are rusted. The welds need to not rust. 内部焊缝生锈， 是钨极氩弧焊还是熔化极氩弧焊，用的是什么焊条或者焊条芯？内部所有没有打磨过的焊缝都生锈了， 这也是不应该生锈的地方。
Back Door Fitment后挡板
Back Door Fitment - The back door must easily lift in and out. Very easy without catching. The sample door was difficult to remove. 后挡板的设计应当安放和取出都很方便，样品的们很难取出。
Move Hole in Back Door移动一下后挡板上孔的位置
Move Hole in Back Door to the same position on the other end. It will provide greater leverage and make it easier to postition the door. 把挡板上的孔移到靠近下方对应的位置，这样将会发挥更好的杠杆作用并使放置后挡板更为方便。
8 Holes in Lock Ring罗文圈改为8孔
The Filter and membrane housing lock rings needs to have 8 holes, equidistant. The current design with only 4 holes prevents use of the new wrench. The threads for the locking ring and filter sump need to fit better and work smoother. 所有螺纹圈应当改为等距8孔，当前的设计仅有四孔不方便新版手的使用。罐体上的螺纹应当配合的更好，转动平稳。
3/8" Post RO Connections RO膜之后的三分管连接
Once the water exits the ASV (Automatic Shut-off Valve) the 1/4" line will be connected to a 3/8" X 3/8" X 1/4" Tee which will connect to the 3/8" "Tank" bulk head fitting and to the 3/8" post filter inlet. The fittings on the inlet and outlet of post filter housing will need to be 3/8". The 3/8" oulet of the Post Filter will connect to the 3/8" bulk head fitting labled "Faucet". Additionally, there should be an inline check valve in this line. This is needed for a system with a tank.
Owner's Manual Pocket用户指南盒
There are to be 3 1/4" holes in the bottom of the pocket that holds the owner's manual. This will allow any potential water to drain out. 在用户指南盒下边打三个2分的孔， 用于排除可能蓄积的水。
Tube Connections管道连接
This shows the needed ports and the correct labels to be etched into the SS. Can we get the bulk head fittings in 1/4" Black, 1/4" White, 3/8" Blue and 3/8" Orange? If not, can we get the "collets" in the colors listed. The "collets" would be used on white fittings.

No ports in the bottom of the cabinet. The bottom is not to have anything in it so it will be easy to wipe dry.

Hanging Mount Plates悬挂安装板
The mounts for hanging the membrane housings needs to be thicker. These are bent. They are too thin. Sould be mounted to the cabinet so it cannot move. These have a very bad appearance.悬挂RO膜筒的安装板应该更厚， 目前的这些太薄容易弯曲，应该直接安装到箱体上，就不会移动，现在外观非常丑陋。
Rusted Nuts
The nuts and bolts must be 304SS so they will not rust. Use stainless steel filler rod when Tig or Mig welding nuts and bolts.螺栓和螺母必须是不锈钢304，这样就不会生锈，在焊接他们的时候要用不锈钢焊芯。
Bent Bracket For 3 Filters安装前三级滤芯的托架
This picture shows the bent hanging bracket for the 3 filters. There is not enough support on the 3 small welds to hold the weight. Stitch weld the bracket to help keep the cabinet from warping. Use stainless steel filler rod when welding bracket.图示中显示的是已经变形的安装前三级的托架，三处电焊不足以支撑前三级的重量。使用缝焊托架可以防止托架弯曲。焊接时使用不锈钢焊芯。
Sharp Threads锋利的螺纹
Sharp Threads - The filter housing threads were too sharp. The sample with ploished threads is not perfect, but acceptable. It is a good improvement.罐体的螺纹都太锋利了， 打磨的样品虽然不完美，但是可以接受，这是一个好的改进。
Polish打磨
The cabinet needs to have a consistent high quality polish similar to the filter housings. The polish must be smooth with no lines from polishing. Entire surface to match. Consistent polishing.整个箱体的打磨质量都应当接近罐体， 箱体上不应当出现分割线，这样整个表面才相称，要连续打磨。
Filter Cartridge 1不锈钢滤芯
The total length with the gaskets is 1/8" too long. Total length is to be 9 13/16", including gaskets.
We love the new gaskets, but ask if they can supply them with less flashing. They will look better. 滤芯整体长度长出了1/8"，连橡胶圈的整体长度应该是9 13/16”， 新的垫圈很好，是否有不那么亮闪，哑光的，看起来更好。
Filter Cartridge 2不锈钢滤芯
There are small loose wires on each end that poke the fingers. Can you use a ploisher to remove these?在不锈钢滤芯表面有松动的线头会扎到手指，打磨掉，同时滤芯底部的打磨质量要类似侧面的打磨，平整。
Filter Cartridge 3不锈钢滤芯
Increase the dimple in the internal plate near the botom another 1/8". After installing the gasket on the bottom this will allow 3/4" insertion into the hole on the bottom. This will be enough to accomodate all filter housings.
把滤芯底部的浅窝加深1/8“，在套上橡胶圈之后，滤芯底部洞中总共就有3/4”深的配合空间。这样就足可以配合所有滤芯。
Gauges压力表
Note in the picture that one of the gauges is only partially full of oil. It leaked out into the packaging during transit. These must have care taken during installation so the seal will not be broken. Once the seal is damaged they will leak oil. This will be a difficutlt item to repair once in use by a customer. 图示中的压力表只是部分充满油， 有些油在运输途中漏掉了。在安装的时候要小心，不要损坏密封圈否则会导致漏油。如果用户使用中出现这样的问题，他们没有办法修理。

Packaging - RO System
Packaging must protect the heavy weight from damage in transit by UPS, FedEx and USPS. Resilient, non-crush proof foam required.包装要保证重物在被UPS， FEDEX，ups运输途中不会被损坏，需要使用弹性的，不会破碎的泡沫包装。
